ZSmart d-BEP is the evolution of traditional ZSmart BOSS to support CSPs’ digital business with personalized customer interactions and centralized partner product management in an ecosystem model. With the cloud-native architecture design and a variety of capability centers for both telecom and enterprise customers, the solution enables CSPs towards their digital transformation journey.
The solution covers BSS, OSS, big data, and is designed for cloud deployment. It is based on PAAS components and IAAS platform. The back-end capability center includes customer center, customer order center, sales inventory center, consolidated product catalogue, service provisioning, PCRF, billing, charging, collection, settlement center, etc. APIs provided by capability centers can be exposed through API Gateway for channels and other systems to invoke, and the front-end channel includes POS, BPortal, Dealer Portal, eShop, Selfcare, etc. Empowered by Alibaba Cloud technologies, like cloud, big data analytics, the solution fuels the smart matching of Customer, Product, Channel and Time concepts, which means: The right Product will be oﬀered to the right Customer on the right Channel at the right Time.
Based on general distributed technology platform, ZSmart d-BEP introduces micro-service, high-performance distributed asynchronous message queue, distributed cache, distributed database components. In the solution, data and application are separated; application can be dynamically scale-out/in on demand. This ultimately achieves high data availability, stateless billing & charging, and extremely load data processing.
