Enhanced Self-service, Business Automation to Facilitate the SIM Management
ZSmart CMP will empower the corporate customer with full management granularity to manage the process from order placement, SIM package change, SIM status manipulation such as activation, suspension, contract extension, etc.
Considering the device doesn’t have intelligence to respond to the notification from system, ZSmart CMP develops a new module called Rule Engine to monitor the usage, status change with proper actions (notification, action) been defined by corporate administer to ensure the actions are aligned with their business demand.
All the self-service portal functions are available with open API (RESTful), it will allow the application service provider (ASP) to integrate with ZSmart CMP to query or manipulate the cellular SIM information.
For each accessing ASP, authentication and traffic throttling will be applied to guarantee the traffic incurred, that will not impact the system operation.
