This “New Retail” forms the integration of offline and online channels via intelligent and automated data analytics. AI technology such as a robot offers customer services like recharge, invoice printing, and service inquiry to improve the context of the engagements for individuals and their friends. Furthermore, a smart life zone is a place for customers to experience new products and technologies. This brings telecom and non-telecom services together (B2B2C), transforming the shop into a new point of sales experience.
