    Position: Senior Sales Consultant

     

    Work Place:The Hague – Netherlands

     

    Purpose:The primary purpose of the Senior Sales Consultant is to develop and implement the go-to market strategy for ZSmart B/OSS products and solutions in Europe especially in Benelux, “PIGS” and achieve their overall revenue goal. Candidate will develop an opportunity plan containing the value proposition for all Whale Cloud’s targeted line of ZSmart product to potential customers & prospects in that territory.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • In this position, candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities, as well, as develop and drive strategy. It is expected that the Senior Product Sales Executive foster and nurture executive relationships positioning the WhaleCloud executive team to achieve their goals. In that scope, candidate works:
    • With the Sales Manager and team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline & close deals
    • With the Regional Sales Team to educate target accounts on the solution set and conducts account planning for strategic deals
    • To lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within specific accounts
    • To attain various sales objectives related to securing new business opportunities
    • Cultivate deep client business and technical relationships with C-suite, decision makers and influencers.
    • Drive the client’s innovation agenda, around strategic Whale Cloud offerings, technology and platforms.
    • To Lead Market Analysis, Competitive Intelligence and Portfolio Development and management.

     

    Qualifications:

    • University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or Business
    • Relationship & Trust Building within the internal and external customers
    • Knowledge of telecom industrial E2E processes and the market environment and competition
    • Deep understanding and knowledge of (but not limited) state of the art CRM, Billing, online charging, MVNE/O, Cloud computing, network virtualization, data analytics and OSS solution.
    • Comprehensive knowledge and the insight of the telecom industry, following up Industry events and trends of TMF, ETSI, 3GPP, etc
    • Acumen for Selling to Industries that sell Usage Base or Consumption based services or that are transforming from product toward subscription business model
    • Solid practices of Outcome and Business case selling
    • Territory planning ability to identify & prioritize opportunities
    • Able to articulate to potential customers the business value of an investment

    Position: Financial Administrative Assistant

     

    Location:The Hague

     

    Responsibilities:

    1. Manage all bill payments and customer invoices as per the deadlines.
    2. Bookkeeping, accounts up to trial balance, P&L and balance sheet.
    3. Be responsible for VAT return preparations (with external accountant).
    4. Assist in the compilation of data for audit requests.
    5. Assist the Finance Manager to correctly report on the performance of the company and to comply with appropriate financial legislation and common practices.
    6. Support group with several tasks (including managing bank transactions, establishing new subsidiaries etc.)

     

    Qualifications & Skills:

    1. A degree (MBO / HBO / WO) in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
    2. Languages: Fluency in English is a must and Dutch is preferable. Any other language would be an advantage.
    3. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with all Microsoft applications. Experience with Exact Online would be a plus.
    4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines with a focus on detail.
    5. Experience with working in a fast-paced international environment.
    6. Ability to complete high quality work tasks within a specified time.
    7. Good communication skills.
    8. Serious, meticulous, accurate and flexible.

    Job Title: O&M Engineer



    Reports To: Project Manager/ Team Leader

    Location: Yangon (Myanmar)

     

    Job Overview/Responsibilities:

    1. Perform software/product implementation, functional, interoperability and acceptance testing (verify the required interfaces using Linux/UNIX Server high-level languages).
    2. Update and track tests results, issues and associated test frameworks in partnership with development and on-site team
    3. Perform daily tasks such as system configuration change, Data extraction and reporting
    4. Identify, diagnose, report and assist on-site/development team in resolving defects and verifying bug fixes
    5. Taking ownership of technical issues and working with different customer teams in order to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
    6. Collaborate with different team members to ensure clarity on deliverables

     

    Requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree in a Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science/ Engineering
    2. Min. 1-2 years of experience in telecom/IT/Software industry
    3. General understanding of Telecom (BSS/OSS), database management systems and operating systems (Linux/AIX/Oracle/MySQL)
    4. Ability to interact with diverse customers in a multi-cultural environment

The Client Service Assistant interacts with international contacts on a daily basis.
