Orange Botswana Upgrades ZSMART Revenue Management Solution For Business Agility
November 21 2018, Nanjing China –Orange Botswana, a branch of Orange Group has gone live with upgraded ZSmart 8 OCS (Online Charging System) to improve business agility and simplify charging operation, ensuring its ability to provide the experience its customers expect.
Orange Botswana was the first to start with 4G/LTE coverage in the country and is offering various services to over two million subscribers. The rapid growth of customers and demands for personalized services these years make it urgent for Orange Botswana to upgrade and expand its charging platform in order to boost the stability of the system and improve customer experience.
